Now the email says to pay balance?? I don't understand as I'm paying the 27.99 a month for new phone and contract through ID..Please anyone help as I don't want a bad credit rating. Just need to find out what balance they mean?

Yes. I did get a new number. Thank God I have access to the old number on app. I can see 22.60 is due as I cancelled my direct debit thinking it would be OK as I got a new upgraded phone. I've now cancelled old number and waiting on final bill but it should be zero. Thanks for all the help
