how do i transfer a number from an old pay as you go sim?

I have an old number on a t mobile rolling contract. ( Used for work purposes ) For sentimental reasons I need to transfer this number over to my new contract. How do I do this please? TIA

You’ll be able to move a number from another network into iD Mobile by using a PAC code from your old network.

I did that before but it wasn't working. I've called them and it's all done know. Thanks

Hey there @Sam Willscorb, you will need to have a contract with us to transfer a PAC code over, yes.

 

If only for sentimental reasons, and you’re not planning on using the contract for example, you could purchase a Pay As You Go contract with us, and transfer it over to that, and then only pay what/when/if you need it, after the original purchase amount.
