Hi all I've just joined id network I was a bit dubious after reading the bad network reviews but to my surprise I get a better signal than I do with another well known network !

But my question is how long do I get to change my old number to id network is there a time limit to get a pac code from my old network to give to id network ?

You can port your number in at any point.

is there a time limit to get a pac code from my old network

If you cancelled your contract with your previous provider without requesting a PAC then yes there is and it’s one month.

If you have requested a PAC, it is valid for 30 days. If it expires, you can request a new one.

Also, for future reference - If you join a new mobile service provider you can ask them to ask your previous provider for the PAC under the right to port as long as it’s with one month.

Hi I am new customers to idmobile I want transfer my number please

My pac code:

@Varto4949 if you goto chat live & speak to someone there they will take your details & sort it out for you !

I did this on Monday & my no. was I bought from my last network was up & running on Tuesday

On which number pls sent me the number

Hi

@Daz_S  Hi sorry to be a pain could you pls send varto4949 the link to sort his pac code out please 👍

No problem @Simoak

@Varto4949 if you have your PAC from your old provider and have the transaction number iD sent to you via email then you can submit the PAC yourself

https://switching.idmobile.co.uk/customerPortIn

Or if you can’t find the transcation code (it starts with a 4 IIRC) then here’s the link to live chat

https://www.idmobile.co.uk/live-chat

(note their times and after typing in your details start the text based chat with talk to person)

Hi good morning

I am still not transfer my old number can any one help me pls

@Daz_S  thank-you so much for sending the link but I don't think varto4949 understands 😕

I am still not transfer my old number can any one help me pls

Why can’t you, what’s is the problem you’re having. Both links work so which one are you trying (if any)?

The first link you only need to follow the simple instructions - your name etc, the PAC from your old provider and the transaction number iD should have emailed to you.

On the 2nd link they would have done it for you.

Hey there @Varto4949, please explain what issues you’re having with the port form?

Thanks,

Tyler
