Hi everyone, I have just bought a sim and didn't add my pac code. How do I add it now please before the sim arrives so I can keep my number?

No, sorry it didn't help as I kept having a message saying I could not access the information. I now wish to leave ID mobile as I am not receiving the service I expected

I have tried talking to the live chat but they were not helpful at all and thst's what made .e decide to leave🤷‍♂️.


What did the live chat agent say when you told them that you wanted to cancel your plan?


Just kept asking the same qustion over and over again😡 Another 40 minutes wasting my breath

No, it haven't been resolved, in fact it's got worse😪. All I wanted to do was add my wife's pac code so she could keep her number and use her sim when it arrived🤷‍♂️. It came today so I put her id sim into her phone, joined id mobile community, went on the site to do the switch and entered her pac code and other details she was asked and guess what.......her number that I asked for her to keep has been treansfered to another number and now I can't ask what number it has gone to because no one knows🤷‍♂️. My wife went on the chat and explained everything AGAIN and after waiting 10 minutes for an answer was told to ask my husband to sign into his account and talk to customer services, so I did and after explaining it all over again was basically told the agent could not talk to me as it is my wife's number so TOTALLY stressed yet again and have got nowhere fast!!!

For the contract this has happened on, is the contract under your name or your Wifes name please?

It was in my wife's name but because she didn't have an account with id mobile until her sim came I tried to do it for her using my account and this is where all the confusion started and where an agent messed everything up🤷‍♂️
