I am trying to log in to get a new Esim but it wants to send me a OTP but the phone is lost and so I cannot receive text….that’s the whole point of needing a replacement Esim
ID Mobile currently does not offer two-factor authentication (2FA) protection for its online accounts. You should be able to log in simply by entering your email address and password.
Hi, it is definitely asking for an OTP text to the lost phone. Maybe it's because it is the first login.
Ah, you must be trying to add your iD Mobile plan/number to your online account. Yes, this is the only time you are sent an OTP. If I’d Mobile didn’t do this, any one of their customers could add your plan/number to their online account and view your usage, bills etc.
Chat with a live chat agent and explain the above! They will send you a replacement eSIM.

Did you manage to get this resolved?

Yes, need to go to Currys and get a physical sim and then activate it online(now thinking that may not be possible) or with a chat agent. thanks
Hi
Glad to hear that’s sorted.
