I have an eSim that will not activate, which I need to cancel. I have a physical SIM that will not activate until the eSIM has been cancelled. I have been to a Curry's store where I cannot get any help. I have tried the chat but each time I am told I need to speak to an agent, but it will not connect me to an agent. I’m told to “try again later”. I have tried again and again!

I also have a similar problem. I have an esim but my phone is not compatible (I thought it was!). I have a replacement physical sim but I can’t activate the esim in order to swap to a physical. I’ve tried using the live chat but it just hangs. How can I switch my esim to my physical sim?

 


Chris, I never got the chat to work and “Sian” who replied suggesting she would sort thing via private messages on here sent me one message then never replied. In the end I used the iD mobile Facebook page to start a chat on messenger on there and although it took several days I did manage to get them to fix it.
