i cant make landline calls mobiles are fine

Everything else is fine but I’m unable to make calls to landline numbers with my mobile. What is going on?

    Is it all landlines?

     

    What phone do you have?

    It was all landlines but after talking on very unhelpful live chat and being disconnected 4 times Its still not fixed so going to go back to smarty as had no issues with them and they have a lot better help system
