Hi,

I have placed two orders for eSIM plans and received only one of the eSIMs. How can I have it re-sent to me?

I have checked my spam folder and found a couple of emails from ID MobilE but nether had the eSIM in it.

@Aliweasel because you have ordered 2 eSIM plans they have to make extra checks. You can call the sales team on 02071391397 between 9am-6pm Monday-Friday, and they should be able to help further.
