I need a new PAC code

I have received a PAC code from ID mobile, which isn’t being accepted by another mobile provider. I have been advised by the other provider that I need to ascertain a new PAC code.

i am now paying for two contracts. Please can someone get in touch to provide me with a new PAC code so i can port my existing number?

Welcome to the Community!

PAC codes are only valid for 30 days after this time the PAC code will expire.

If it’s been more than 30 days since you requested the PAC code please request a new one by texting PAC to 65075 from the number you want to keep.

If you have any issues, please get back to us and we can PM you.
