Hi I used my PAC code from previous provider to keep my old number for my new ID sim. The switch in mobile number hasn’t happened yet, I provided the details last week

    Did you get an email to confirm this? What date did you select as your porting date? Was it a new order? If it’s a new order it doesn’t always happen automatically so you need to follow the steps on the below article
