I am having trouble receiving sms messages to activate accounts. I think this is because the Id mobile number won’t change in the settings to my mobile number I transferred across. Really frustrating.

What number shows in your phone settings? Can I ask what handset you are using?

I used live chat and I am getting a new SIM card. I tried all the different ways from the community forum before the live chat and with them. No joy

Still no joy. Drive you mad. Cant log on to bank apps etc.

Are you now using the new SIM?

If yes and you are still experiencing the issue, it would suggest possibly a settings/handset issue. 

What is the make and model of your handset?

 

Is it just the bank that you are unable to receive OTP’s from?

Yes using new sim

iphone 16

couple of different apps not receiving from.
