When will the hell ID keep putting me through end?

 

I'M TOLD THAT THE PROBLEMS WILL END THEY DON'T I'M TOLD TO PUT IN A NEW SIM CARD I'M NOW ON MY THIRD STILL NOTHING I'VE GOT A BLOCK OF METAL IN MY POCKET THAT TELLS THE TIME AND IF I'M LUCKY ENOUGH TO BE THERE A WI-FI I CAN GO ON THE INTERNET AND SEND WHATSAPP MESSAGES but as for a phone or SMS🤷‍♂️

@Denis Shiel  I hear you but no need to shout (all caps when typing is classed as shouting).

I'm not taking sides here but it's a common factor to tell customers it's the sim card or try a new sim card many a time it's down to data error via the provider. But it's easier to tell customers try a replacement sim card or a different device if the agent dealing with you is basically going by a script. As most are not technically minded or expert in such a field.

I've been on the end of this myself with different network and to be fair I've followed their instructions only to a point where I was just repeating myself. In the end I had to use terminology that the tech department would understand but I should not need to identify myself as working in such an industry or department to get where I needed to be as a paying customer.

With all that said there could be many factors or just one that's been overlooked in your case.

Can you supply in this thread the problems that you've been facing and from when. If you can give as much information without posting private information I may be able to help you resolve this or even try and escalate your case to IDMobile staff member for you.
