Despite numerous discussions with a human on ‘Livechat’ and a subsequent replacement sim, I am still unable to use my phone to call UK mobiles even though I have unlimited calls as part of my contract. Id are happy to keep charging me for a service I am unable to use! Any assistance would be greatly appreciated please.
