iD mobile seemingly unable to resolve a call cap issue on an unlimited contract!

Despite numerous discussions with a human on ‘Livechat’ and a subsequent replacement sim, I am still unable to use my phone to call UK mobiles even though I have unlimited calls as part of my contract.  Id are happy to keep charging me for a service I am unable to use!  Any assistance would be greatly appreciated please.

What phone numbers are you trying to call please, are they 07 numbers, or different?

Hi Tyler,

Yes 07 numbers but not premium! the phone is a Galaxy A25.
