ID Mobile Trade-In query

I have agreed a trade-in deal with ID Mobile for my current iPhone, however I received an email from Carphonewarehouse stating they were sending out the paid postage jiffy bag for it. Is this correct?

Hi Natalie, many thanks for clarification on this as it is confusing enough getting a delivery via DPD from ‘Currys’ also!! Can you also confirm whether I need to do anything further regarding my number transfer? When I took out the ID Mobile order I obtained the PAC/transfer code from Three (previous provider) and entered this into the order - they have given a date of 19/02/2025 for the number transfer, however in the meantime during my phone setup/data transfer I have activated the e-Sim on my new ID mobile phone to use my existing number and have the new ID Mobile physical SIM installed (using the temporary ID Mobile SIM number). When my existing mobile number transfers over will the physical SIM number update? Also my ID Mobile account is showing the new ID Mobile number and I can’t edit it - will it update following the PAC transfer automatically? Thanks!!

Can you confirm the port has completed?

So I (think) the port has completed, however the ‘Primary’ default voice and mobile data line (which is the ID Mobile service) still shows the ‘temporary’ SIM number on ‘My Number’ (not my ported number)?

I have received the Trade-in envelope and packaging however I would like the trade-in payment made to a different Bank Account - is this possible?
