My upgrade is being returned to Curry's by DPD even though I never requested it. The DPD driver came by my house unexpectedly with my parcel on Tuesday 18 March and told me he couldn't give me the parcel as I had no Parcel ID. I never received one. I paid a VIP £4.99 to have it be delivered on Saturday.22 March. Why is the parcel being returned?
