I have an ID sim only deal for my eldest child... he's now turned 18 and wants his own contract, the deal he wants is an ID contract also... how do I keep the the mobile number from the ID sim only and transfer to a new ID contract?

Hi there ​@Tonyd85 You can’t currently transfer an iD number to another iD account, but you can do this:

 

You need to request a PAC from iD - you move his number to a free PAYG SIM with another provider.

Once his number goes live with the other provider leave it there for 24 hours.

He requests a PAC from the other provider.

He opens a new iDM account in his name, gives iDM the PAC and if all goes well he’s back on iD with his original number and he pays his way.

      ​@Daz_S is correct, unfortunately we are not able to port numbers internally sorry. 

      There is the option of a triangle as detailed in their reply.
