ID saying im doing a same network Pac switch

Hello.

 

Due to ID being unable/ unwilling to offer a 6 year customer the same deal as a new one I am doing a triangle number port.

 

My number from old SIM was ported to a Three PAYG sim on Tuesday. I have requested my PAC from Three today however when I try to move back to ID they are saying its a same network switch.

 

How long does it take ID to delete the old number from their system?

Usually you can’t request a new PAC code until the day after the port as it takes 24hrs for the system to update.

Hi ​@Ses6jwg  if the number had fully ported over to Three, there should be no issue in bringing it back to iD. Are you completing the port online? Is that where you are getting the error?

Update waited another 24 hrs and it worked
