Ported my number back in November and FaceTime and iMessage hasn’t worked from the start.
I have gone through different threads signed out and signed into my Apple ID removed the number and added the number again etc but still no iMessage or FaceTime.
this exact same thing happened the last time I joined ID 3-4 years ago and was told something wasn’t ’enabled in my account’ and was sorted overnight.
really quite irritating that this doesn’t just work immediately I purchased the contract with the new iPhone meaning I would always expect IMessage and FaceTime to be used.
