Hi All

I'm looking at getting the imoo watch for my son. But it needs a SIM card. The website said O2, Vodafone and 3 work but doesn't list specifically ones that don't work.

Is there a way to trial ID mobile? Can I just put my own SIM in to see if it works? Should I get a pay as you go? See if that works? Or do I just have to go somewhere else?

Thanks!

Hey there @Wendo, welcome to Community!

We only officially support the usage of our SIM cards in our approved handsets on our website. We don’t officially support the usage of our SIM cards in anything outside of these, however, this doesn’t mean it wouldn’t work.

Therefore, we can only suggest to try and see. If not, you’d have a 14/30-days return period (time-frame depends where you purchased from) if it’s not working.

Thanks,

Tyler
