in SIM Manager calls and messages show as not active but mobile data is? so i can't make calls. i have tried all advice on community chat and have contacted the live chat who just take me through all the same steps again but nothing works

In SIM Manager it shows that calls and messages are not available but mobile data is? So I can't make it receive texts at all?
