Inactive SIM

Hi today my sim card deactivated and at 16:39 I got a text from ID:

Great news! You SIM activation is in progress.We ll send you a text once it s complete.

What does that mean? I didn't change anything in my plan, I didn't order a new sim card. I can't call anywhere because my card is inactive.

It sounds like a new SIM card has been activated on your account. We’ll shortly send you a Private Message to your Community account, so we can discuss your issue further.

To access your messages, click your profile picture in the top right hand corner and then click ‘Private Messages’.

Alternatively, if you are currently logged in, you can use the following link: https://community.idmobile.co.uk/inbox/overview
