I have changed to you and finally after 72 hours you have transferred my old number. The problem is now I cannot update iMessage or FaceTime with my number it still shows the temporary one

This is nothing to do with iD Mobile, you inserted a SIM with a different/temporary number and it was added to your FaceTime/iMessage service. You should have waited until your number was ported across before inserting your id Mobile sim. Try performing a network reset. This should resolve your issue.
