Received new sim for my son and requested to port his number over. Now can only text him when he’s connected to wifi. Cannot call him and he cannot make calls. Phone says invalid sim.

All sorted now. New sim picked up from Currys and it did the trick.

Hi @GCvin

Sorry to hear that, have you swapped the iD Mobile SIM into your device?

What device are you using?

The sim has been tried in a couple of phones with the same issue. Currently in the intended phone and regardless of resetting the network settings it still will not work. Was told that the sim was activated. Looks like I need to go to Currys to pick up a new sim.

Thanks @GCvin

Can you please confirm which handset you are using and if you have been able to visit the store to pick up a SIM?

Thanks,
