Have tried all suggestions to try to get hotspot working….nothing so far has worked! Trying to use hotspot to connect NowTv and Amazon Fire but hotspot not showing up so cannot connect….any help/suggestions?

Welcome to the Community!
It may be worth testing the SIM in a different handset that supports Hotspot to see if it works using that device.
If the other device allows devices to connect to hotspot you may have a fault iPhone 11.
