Hi I have recently changed to ID mobile and since Sunday afternoon I can’t use any of my apps etc. I have tried them when connected to wifi and mobile data but the apps have returned an error message that I am not connected to the internet. What’s app has the spinning wheel saying connecting. App notifications are however received if my phone is locked and iMessages are also delivering correctly. I have no idea where to start checking what has happened. I have restarted my phone many times, put in airport mode etc and don’t know what to try next. Any ideas??

Are you getting regular signal bars and able to send texts/make calls?
