Hi ​@Jeanette Bellis , by default, the rings should last 30 seconds before your voicemail kicks in.

I’d advise to check the settings or possibly try reducing the time and then set it back to 30 seconds (this is the maximum time the rings can be set to).

You need to dial 61*123 followed by the number of seconds you'd like it to ring for and then add a # symbol to the end.

For example, to change the time to 15 seconds, you will have to dial the following 61*12315#. Then give it a test call and then set it back to 30 seconds - 61*12330#
