Over the last 3 weeks my phone is only ringing 3 times before going straight to voicemail. Can you help?

Disable Live Voicemail:Settings > Apps > Phone > Live Voicemail

Hi @Jeanette Bellis, by default, the ringsshould last 30 seconds before your voicemail kicks in.I’d advise to check the settings or possibly try reducing the time and then set it back to 30 seconds (this is the maximum time the rings can be set to).You need to dial61*123followed by the number of seconds you'd like it to ring for and then add a # symbol to the end.For example, to change the time to 15 seconds, you will have to dial the following61*12315#. Then give it a test call and then set it back to 30 seconds - 61*12330#I hope this helps, but if you need anything else please let us know.
