I’ve just switched to IDMobile, but I can’t make or receive calls ( I can get online and also send IMessages and FaceTime Call ). Ive tried adjusting my settings, but nothing has changed. I am wondering if my ancient IPhone 5c is the problem? I can use 4G and the services I’ve already mentioned though - is that right?Thanks for any advice offered.

Yeah the iPhone 5C is not compatible with iD. It doesn’t support VoLTE or 4G calling which you need to be able to make calls due to 3G been switched off.

Thanks for confirming what I suspected - abit annoying when the phonefunctionsfine for messaging and surfing ( and is just a works phone ). Guess I need to buy a new one! Thanks for taking the time to reply.
