Iphone - nonincoking calls

Just completed the switch to id mobile using my old number. Everything working except incoming calls , they just go straight to voicemail. Already tried restarting my phone.

    Phone does not recievr calls they go straight to voicemail which says I’m on another call.  I’ve tried everything in Troubleshooting including resetting network nothing works.  Can’t get hold of anyone at ID think I will go to another provider and end this contract such bad customer service
