Hi, since joining ID Mobile my iPhone can no longer tether my laptop or tablet. If I change SIM card to my partners O2 it works straight away. What am I missing? Is there an account restriction I need lifting?

There’s noting on our side that would stop the ability to set up a hotspot, I’d recommend double checking device settings with the iD Mobile SIM card inside.

 

What device are you using?
