issue with order

ID Mobile have switched me from Vodafone so the old Sim doesn’t work, but haven’t sent the new one out, so no phone. I can’t register as I can’t receive a text off them. This isn’t going well

Hi @Chris Spark 

 

Your port date would happen on the date you schedule, if this is scheduled before the SIM card itself is delivered your old SIM card would be switched off.

 

We’d recommend awaiting your SIM card to be delivered (within 3-5 working days via Royal Mail) or picking up a replacement SIM card from your local Currys store and activating the SIM card here.

I won't know until I get back from the States if the SIM has arrived. I was thinking that I would get it before I went. I waited 5 days before I flew out.

SIM only deliveries can take 5 working days.

Why would your answer help?

The previous message has told you that I waited 5 days and nothing, according to my neighbour there was no post for a further 5 days. l was away 10 days and not sure when it turned up.

UK charges? What are they for, ? Aren't they included in my UK calls?
