issues after paying bill on time


After paying bill any call i make id mobile says thankyou for calling our customer payment line all your bills have been paid then hangs up. Not happy with id as i need my phone for work tomorrow.  Also i cant log in on here unless i use my facebook seems like an attemot to gain access to ones facebook page thats red flag for me. An if anyone can tell me why they dont have customer support line for people with autism is unacceptable. It seems since the updated app started all these problems started. Any help greatly appreciated thankyou in advance for your time an patience. Also cant recieve email password resets even though i knoq my password is correct.

Welcome to the Community!

It can take 2-24 hours for the suspension to be lifted.

In most cases services are working after 2 hours but you may need to restart the handset.
