Hi 

My number hasn't changed over .

Yesterday 26th was the change over day .

My other phone has stopped now .

I've tried everything and still nothing 

Can you help please

Are you still having issues with this?

 

Are you sure the iD Mobile SIM card is the one being used now?

 

Have you tried a network settings reset since?

Hi Tom .

Yes I've spoken to complaints this morning. 

Apparently there was a network failure and it will be sorted today .
