Have you used the ID Mobile app to try and port you're number over also?

  • Troubleshooting iMessage and FaceTime: For issues specifically related to iMessage and FaceTime not working after porting, users have tried various troubleshooting steps, including resetting network settings, hard resetting the phone, and even setting the phone up again.

Ongoing Issues:

  • Despite these attempts, some users continue to experience problems, including not being able to receive calls or texts from certain networks, and difficulties with iMessage and FaceTime activation.
  • The community and support team are aware of these issues and are working to resolve them, but some users have expressed frustration with the lack of a definitive solution.
