Hello 

 I want to keep old number he is my puk number 84039444

Hey there @leighb, welcome to Community!

 

Firstly, to keep your phone number, you need a PAC code from your old network, which begins with three letters, and ends in 6 numbers. A PUK code is needed to unlock a SIM card, not to transfer your number.

 

Therefore, please ask your previous/current network for a PAC code first. Once you have this, you need to fill out the form below:
