I've a PAC code from my old three mobile but it's not letting me, can I keep my old number? If so how?

I have entered the information, but it's saying there is a problem. I've the PAC code from three, the only thing I'm unsure of is the transaction number, I used the 9 digit number from my ID mobile order, is this correct?
