Hi I have just took out a contract with id is it possible to keep my old number ? If so how do I do this ?

Hello, you’ll need a PAC code from your previous provider.

steps

1. Text PAC to 65075 from your old number

 

2.  Submit Your PAC Code to iD Mobile

Go to:https://www.idmobile.co.uk/switch

and follow the steps

 

The transfer usually takes 1 working day dependant on the time of day you submit the form.
