Are you trying to make contact with iD Mobile via their live chat facility?

 

If so their Live Chat team are available from -

9am - 8pm Monday to Friday

9am - 6pm Saturday, Sunday, and Bank Holidays.

You can access Live Chat by clicking/tapping on the following link: www.idmobile.co.uk/live-chat

 

Their live chat is a typing based format and they also use an automated chat bot. This can sometimes misunderstand or even frustrate you further. So after filling out the required fields if you type talk to person this puts you in contact with an actual human.

 

If you have any problems then reply on this topic and someone will try to assist you. Do not post any personal info on this topic/forum - live chat is secure.
