I have lost my phone whilst on holiday in the USA and would like to order a new Sim to arrive here. Is that possible? Or could i download an iD eSim as an alternative in the meantime?
I am unable to access my account online as it keeps asking me to verify my number with a text message which i cannot receive.
Is anyone able to assist here?
