Lost phone and sim (live chat no one answers)

Hi,

 

I lost my phone with the SIM in it recently and need to get my number transfered over to a new sim card. I have the new sim card.

 

Every time I try to speak with an agent on LiveChat it can never connect me to anyone - shocking service.

 

Please can I speak with someone so I can get my number transferred over - I don’t have access to any banking apps without it.

I do apologize for any inconvenience caused to you relating to not being able to activate a new sim, the reason you might not be able to get through on the live chat could be due to technical issues.

Thanks that has worked to an extent.

 

My SIM card has been inserted and its connected to the iD mobile service. I can use my data to browse the internet however I cannot make any calls or texts.

It is not an eSIM it is a physical SIM. And your LiveChat function hasn’t been working for a week :).
