Is it possible to get an early upgrade or replacement hanset due to lost phone?
Obviously expect to pay, but do I need to take completely new contract?

Unfortunately, you can’t upgrade early unless you’re within the last 60-days of a 24-month minimum term handset contract,
If you need a replacement handset, perhaps get a SIM free device instead.
