Hello, 

please anyone help if they can.

i lost my sim while travelling. Contacted ID support asking to get an e-sim replacement as my contract is now over anyways. They said that they would have to ring me but they wouldn’t call me internationally. I’m not planning on being back in the U.K. for a while. I also can’t get into the app because it requires an otp verification via text ( which I can’t recieve) 
Any ideas or help?

I can recieve messages and calls via WhatsApp
