I have a lot of issues here, I was presented by this deal of a fixed £5 a month I also capped the account at the same rate, why am I suddenly issued a bill of £10 a month? This offer was entirely misrepresented. What should I do? Are you aware this deal was misrepresented on your website. I am very confused. I would appreciate your advice and support. Many thanks

Hi there @Dina Channing

Without posting any private information up, like your full name, address, phone number, account number, any transaction number etc would it be possible for you to show us the deal?

Is it possible, that the £5 per month price, and I assume the £5 billing cap has already been used,  thus equating to £10? Maybe by calling a non inclusive number or maybe even in your sending of a chargeable text, do you see any charges on your bill?

edit. Having just checked the iD website - https://www.idmobile.co.uk/sim-only-deals - they’re showing the cheapest deal starting at £6.00 per month.

Was your offer sent via the iD Mobile app?

A £5/month SIM only deal sounds like something offered online via one of the iD Mobile affiliates, such as uSwitch, MoneySavingExpert, MoneySuperMarket, go.compare, etc.
