The handset and SIM are sent separately for security. 

I've had neither just a contact off them x

If your phone is out of stock there may be a delay. You will get shipping confirmation by email once dispatched. Check your junk/spam filters just incase.

Have you checked your emails for contact from DPD for delivery?

Yes made order for both had no emails or nothing of dpd and don't no what else to do
