mobile service provider showing incorrect


Hi

 

Had a text this morning confirming my number has been switched to iD Mobile and my account with my previous provider (EE) disconnected.

Phone / number working fine but, when I look in mobile service in settings EE is still showing under network selection.

It’s a physical sim and the secondary number provided by ID Mobile is off. Have tried a force restart, turned airplane mode on and off and erased/reset network settings. Still showing as EE...grateful for thoughts!

 

Update - can make calls if I receive a call it goes straight to voicemail

Remove/delete your EE SIM and enable your iD Mobile SIM.

I have an iphone - the link you shared says you are unable to update these settings manually and instead you need to reset your network settings.

As set out out in my first post, I have already reset the network settings
