Mobile Services Not Working - Customer Payment Helpline

I have paid my recent bill but I have a serious problem when I make calls it automatically forwards me to the customer payment helpline and says that I have paid and up to date with my payments then hangs up. This happens every time I call a phone number, but I’m not sure why it’s doing this if I have paid my bill along with that I am not able to make any calls due to the automated voicemail and not being able to use any mobile data at all. 
 

ID MOBILE WHAT CAN BE DONE TO RESOLVE THIS ISSUE ASAP!!!

Welcome to the Community!

It can take 2-24 hours for services to be resume after making payment.

Please also check that the payment is showing as taken from your account and not pending.

If it has been longer than this and payment is showing as completed, please let us know and we can PM you.
