Moved from ID to O2 - partial port 6 months in!

ID mobile - can you tell me why this port hasn’t complete ? 
 

I asked for my number to be taken to my new provider and yet some people are asking me have I changed my number because a different unknown number appears. 

is this yours or O2 issue to resolve?

Any issues that arise as the result of a number port are always the responsibility of the gaining provider, in this case, O2.

Apparently I need a new sim and been refunded £10 for the problem. Will see if that works properly when it arrives!
