I’ve just upgraded to a new eSIM after having a physical sim for a number of years. How do I port my old number over and cancel the old physical sim?  I have an Samsung S21 Ultra.

Hey there @Fsh, as kindly advised by @MZone, the only way to transfer your number would be via a triangle port, where you transfer your number from your current/old contract to a PAYG contract on another network, then back to us via PAC code to your new plan.

You cannot transfer your number directly from one iD Mobile plan to another I’m afraid.

Thanks,

Tyler

So you have an existing iD number on a physical SIM and you have taken out another iD number on an eSIM. Is that correct?

You will need to get a PAC code for the number you want to keep and port it to another network PAYG. The day after the number ports your need to get another PAC code from the new network and then port back to iD.
