Got an upgrade, but needed a new sim card, so I've put the sim card in my new upgrade, and it won't connect to the Internet. Can anyone help please ?

Does your old SIM card still work?

 

We may have sent a new SIM, but it might not be activated, you’ll be able to access the upgrade from your old SIM card and continue to use that.
