my esim wont activate it just says contact id ive only judt mansged to resend a link to try after a week its beginging to get long a week its redicuculas if no one helps me fix my issues im changing network because tjis is rediculas

To install and activate an eSIM, your phone needs an active data or WiFi connection. Does your device have one of these?

yes it says contact id after saying its activating for ages

it says contact id and it just says activating for ages then nothing loads

Sorry to hear that ​@butlans. As of right now, if you go into settings, does it show any eSIM’s as active, that you can delete at all? If so, I’d recommend deleting them and then requesting a free replacement via following the steps here:

Just go to a local Curry’s and pick up a replacement physical SIM card. You’ll probably be waiting days for a resolution via private messaging.
